To the person who was seeking info on the name DeGinsey:

I happened upon the following reference in a surname index to the New York
Historical and Biographical Record:

	DeGarsey  37/177  [i.e., vol 37 page 177]

Unfornately, the library I was at did not possess the NYGBR itself, but
only the index, or I would have looked it up for you.  I'll look it up
next time I'm at a better library.
