Below is my best effort at translating a short letter I received
from a person researching the Lupp family in Germany.  Does anyone
out there read German well enough to make better sense out of it?
In sentences where I haven't figured out the meaning, I have left
the individual translated words in their original order, though I
know that in German the verbs go in different places then in English.
I have never taken any German, and this is just a dictionary search
translation.  The letter was handwritten and I'm not sure of the
spelling of some of the words.
