I suppose you could call the operator and ask the #'s charge. Failing that
you can find out the name behind the # by looking in a special phone book
that lists #'s is sorted order. I understand these books are at public 
libraries. If the name sounds like an escort service then perhaps you will
$pend more than a dime if you call.
