Lines: 58 On the topic of feelings for friends and lovers, I just thought I'd try to put something together to illustrate how I feel about people. I expect that some folks won't agree with my little toy here, but then, as long as it works for me... love That's when I care enough about someone to crawl out of a nice warm bed at 3:00 A.M. to help them start a car when its 20 below outside. Yes Elaine, I'd even let some- one I love barrow my Swiss Army Knife(8-). I may help others out too, but usually its because I'm out in the cold anyway. To say these feelings should be reserved for family is silly. I have a few inlaws, outlaws and shirt- tail relatives (you know, cat run acrossed the back yard cousins) that I don't even claim. On the other hand, I have friends I'd die for. in love That's when I meet the right lady and find that I'm at least half way comfortable with the idea of having her around for the rest of my life and making her family as well as a friend. That's the lady I'd want to start a family with if we went so far as to invoke the ol' marriage -f option(8-). You get the idea, marriage and the -f (family, like with kids). Oh, I knew you'd catch on. Which is not to say we wouldn't be a family without marriage or kids. I never was into the "gotta have that piece of paper" bullshit. That piece of paper just gets th' govment involved. Can you say "dubious accomplishment"? I though you could. Neither one of the above can happen overnight, but who the hell is in a hurry? Take yer time and savor over it a little. And the latter always takes longer. You don't hear too often about love at first sight. I'd have to say that its just blind luck that makes something like that work. I think so I'll end your suffering for now. I've inflicted enough of my wandering thoughts on you folks for now(8-). From the deepest darkest cracks of the deepest darkest jungles of deepest darkest Africa, comes the famous cry of the lost saffari. WHERE THE HELL ARE WEEEE????? Take it light. Ol' Tom
