I don't feel cheated. The Historical Abstract is probably the all-time great bathroom book for baseball fans. As a Phillies' fan, I especially enjoyed James' highly favorable evaluation of Mike Schmidt: 1) All-time greatest third baseman 2) Highest all-time offensive winning percentage 3) 13th greatest player of all-time. I hope John Felske takes note of this analysis before demoting Schmidt to 5th in the batting order.
