       Each year the head coaches of the 28 NFL	teams vote for the
       outstanding player of the season	at each	position, in there
       respective conferences. This collection of the best AFC and
       NFC players form	the teams that play the	Pro Bowl, (Feb.	2
       in Honolulu). As	reported by the	N.Y. Daily News, Thur.,Dec.
       19 here are the 1985 NFC	Pro Bowl starters.

		  OG - Russ Grimm (Washington)
		  C - Jay Hilgenberg (Chicago)

		  TE - Doug Cosbie (Dallas)
		  RB - Walter Payton (Chicago)
		  RB - Roger Craig (San	Fran.)

       The only	disagreements I	have with the NFC team is that I
       think punter Sean Landeta of the	NY Giants should replace
       Dale Hatcher. If	Landeta	was not	a rookie he might have been
       voted. Also I would vote	CB Ronnie Lott of San Fran over
       Everson Walls, just for the fact	that Lott is the hardest
       hitting CB in the league.

       The complete AFC	team has yet to	be announced, however Joe
       Klecko, Freeman McNeil and Mark Gastineau all from the NY
       JETS have been voted as Pro Bowl	starters.
