The response was underwhelming. Since I'm sure that everybody refrained from replying merely to avoid flooding my mailbox, I'm giving you all one last chance. The response to my first query was six pleas for me to forward (or repost) whatever I found, and one legitimate lead. Don't worry about overburdening my lonely mailbox, I love mail.
