A few weeks ago, there was an episode of Misfits of Science (henceforth, Misfits) that was constantly making fun of Miami Vice (e,g, before they did something, Billy and L commented that they had to change their shirts so they wouldlook like the people on the next show, or something like that). Anyway, Friday (12/6) nights episode was also referential -- this time to shows like the 6$M man and mission impossible. They even used the mission impossible theme music, had constant voiceover narration, had a bionic man (who was increadibly stupid), a tape recorded message with instructions (which got screwed up), and the bionic man's boss was Oscar. I wonder where else this will be beginning to show up.
