	The Green Acres meta-humor I always loved was any time Oliver would
talk about the American Farmer, or American any thing else, was the music.
Patriotic music would start up and everyone but Oliver could hear it. They
would even talk about it, but Oliver was oblivious. That was the first time
I had ever run into anything like it.
