First, the 4BSD scheduler is a VAX scheduler. If you are going to move it to any other machine, the porters should develop the scheduler to their own needs. Frankly, the Richie and Thompson scheduler is obsolete even for the elevens. I doubt that it is a really valid suggestion. -Ron
