I am pleased to announce that the political problems which had delayed
the 4.3BSD release have been resolved.  We are therefore on our final
approach to the release.  Although most of the group is taking time
off for the holidays, we hope to get things packaged for release
in about two months.  Current 4.2BSD licensees will receive information
packets as soon as the appropriate documentation is typeset, probably
about mid-February.
