I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so forgive me
if I'm wrong.  We don't get fa.laser-lovers here anymore.

Does anybody out there know if there is a program availible to
covert a troff manuscript file to a TeX manuscript file?  I have
a collegue who has a book he's written that's set with troff, and
he'd like to do the next edition in TeX.
