I have a friend (in the special effects biz) who's looking for a source for some flints. Like for lighters, *but*, he says they're about 2 inches in diameter and about 6 inches long (length irrelevant). See, they're gonna start up the refurbished torch on the statue of liberty and... No, don't hit 'n' yet. He plans to use them for spark effects on cars and such. He tells me he's heard they are available somewhere in England. Anybody from over there ever heard of such? Please respond by note, as my mail path is undergoing some changes. Thanx in advance, Doug Pintar
