We are on the Bitnet rscs network, and I am having trouble receiving files
sent to me from CMS sites.  The files are coming in in a format called NETDATA,
and I need a program to translate this to a regular ascii file.  Short of
that, if I had some documentation on the NETDATA format then I could write
one myself.  If you can help me out either way I'd appreciate hearing from
you.
