I am looking for sources (preferably C) to do the following functions:

	INTERPOLATION:
	cubic splines

	REGRESSION:
	polynomial 
	exponential
	Poisson
	Gaussian 
	
Also, FFT code would be nice.  I will post a summary of the responses to the
net, if there is interest.
