New filter, plusfix(1), to filter LaserJet input (specifically from tplus)
to print properly on the LaserJet Plus.  The LJ+ introduces a 10-dot offset
in raster graphics, for some unknown reason; plusfix introduces extra motions
to counteract this.  (At least, I *hope* that's the right diagnosis and the
right fix; it works on some simple tests.)
