	At Lehigh I took an advanced course using Wirth's book:
	Algorithms + Data Structures = Programs.

	The last chapter dealt with parsing techniques, and used pl/0 as
	an exapmle. It then went on to built a compiler using stepwise
	refinement. All in all it is a good book.
