    You may have a bad LaserWriter. I tried it on ours and the LaserWriter uses
    the proper font .

    However, I did find that the UnderlineThickness parameter (refer to page 93 of 
    the Postscript Language reference manual) for the Courier-Bold
    font is spelled incorecctly as UndeflineThickness . Has anyone else seen these
    types of problems ? (Our LaserWriter uses version 23.0 of PostScript.)
