I'm not sure how you might do this from within the process in question,
but while glancing through the $CREPRC doc yesterday, I remember seeing
that there is a process status flag you can set so the process you create
has process dumping enabled.  If your subprocesses are being created by
another part of your application with $CREPRC, that at least might get
you what you want.
