Does anybody know if it reduces CI state transition time to change
CI parameters and cause VMS to look for a reduced number of nodes?
That is, if I have four nodes numbered 0-3, will it improve CI
performance to restrict polling to the first four nodes?  (If so,
it is an argument for numbering all CI nodes consecutively from 0.)
