Note, that there are ways to get in trouble with tape labels.
FLX tapes should be UNLABELED. On RSX-11M, DO NOT MOUNT THE TAPE.
On RSX-11D, IAS and VMS, MOUNT/FOREIGN.

The manuals are essentially correct. Most people I know
will pronounce the program name as FeLiX rather than FLeX.
