      Does anyone out there have any info on VMS Tape Library Syatems?

      By this I mean software which deals with standard labelled
      tapes - checks who owns them, whether they have access
      (read/write etc), whether the right tape has actually got
      mounted etc. etc. etc.........

      I read the VAX software source book and found a thing that
      looks as though it might do the job - "Tape Librarian
      System" from ISE Inc. in L.A. - does anyone know anything
      about this product or have an installation of it ?
