.RZ "DILL DIP" "A cold dip"
A dip introduced at an old college roommate reunion.  From
the wilds of Farmington, Conn.
.IH "Makes 2/3 cup of dip"
.IG "3 oz" "cream cheese"
.IG "1 Tbsp" "pimento-stuffed green olive"
(finely chopped)
.IG "1 tsp" "grated onion"
.IG "1/4 tsp" "dried dill"
.IG "dash" "salt"
.IG "1-2 Tbsp" light cream"

Combine first 5 ingredients

Stir in cream to make mixture of dipping consistency.

Chill.

Serve in hollowed-out

loaf of bread (ex. sweet bread, pumpernickel...).  Use
discarded bread for dipping.
