I have found that the Courier 2400 will not at 2400 Baud with any of our 8 Racal-Vadic 4400 Quad (V.22/3400/1200/300) modems. Whenever it tries to connect at 2400 Baud it falls back to 1200. I have successfully called a Racal-Vadic 2400PA and use the Racal-Vadic 2400PA several times a day to communicate with our RV 4400s. U.S. Robotics claims that Racal-Vadic needs a firmware upgrade in some of their host end modems to work with the Courier 2400. Racal-Vadic checked my firmware level and says it is current. Anyone have any similar problems or any ideas? Jeffrey C Honig Clarkson University Potsdam, NY 13676
