Without having driven many models, my guess for best would be the Porsche 959.
The rally version would be good for getting out of heavy traffic; just head
for the median strip, the lawn, or whatever :-) .

Worst, with regard to handling:  Large boat, such as Olds Gutlass Supreme,
preferrably with the smallest engine possible.  Since it turns like an ocean
liner, it might as well accelerate like one.  Some people dumped on econoboxes,
but I can't think of any I disliked as much.
