I thought it would be nice to post the winners and losers of the best car/worst car query. This is by no means official- new letters, responses and postings are coming in all the time, plus the original note got lost here so I haven't been getting all responses. Still, it appears from the response to date that the most popular cars are: Porsches, of various models, with the notable exception of the 914; and the most hated cars on the roads are those made by: American Motors.
