Ditto for altitude encoders. The FAA seems to have forgotten to tell me about this, although they did send a number of notices over the last few months, including recommended procedures for practice ILS's at Casa Grande, and one listing a number of errors on the current Phoenix sectional chart. The current FAA administration must be setting new records for the number of restrictions and requirements that they've implemented -- and are trying to implement -- without ever showing need, effectiveness, nor practicality.
