Description:
	The file "/usr/include/math.h" includes a declaration of the
	function "fmod"; no such function appears in the math library.
	The file "/usr/include/math.h" lacks a declaration of the
	function "modf" which does appear in the math libray.

Repeat-By:
	grep mod /usr/include/math.h

Fix:
	This is the change to the 4.1bsd version of "/usr/include/math.h".
	As usual, the trade secret status of the code involved precludes a
	clearer posting.
