Since KODAK lost its patent battle with Polaroid, it has to stop making 
instant cameras and film.  In addition, KODAK will (must?) exchange cameras 
already in consumer's possesion.  The deal is that KODAK will give $50 in 
coupons for KODAK products or one share of KODAK stock for each camera
