Actually, that's not as funny as one would like.  Anti-trust suits in
response to patent/trade secret suits have become frighteningly common.
If I remember correctly, Data General (?) lost exactly such an anti-trust
suit this summer counterfiled by someone who was sued over unbundling
something of DG's.

As far as I can tell, the particular results of all these giant lawsuits
is random.  :-(
