They do indeed sell gray-market equipment, and they tell you up front, or at least that's been my experience. Once I said I didn't want grey-market, and they sold me an american market lens for a few dollars more. They are reasonably quick, at least under most circumstances, and straightforward. The salescritters are rude, hurried, and generally effective. If you are IN NY, stop at their store, and you'll understand the attitude of their salescritters.
