	I haven't been following this group long, so please
	excuse me if this has been dealt with before, but
	does anyone out there know of any public databases
	containing the nutritional values of foods and/or recipes?
	Seems like it would be the perfect subject for such a
	database, as the values don't change much, and the data
	would be extremely useful for menu-planning applications.

	Also, if anyone has any recommendations for menu-planning
	or nutritional-planning software, I'd be interested in
	knowing what's available.
