Following is a suggestion to keep the kitchen knobs free
from Grease due to spillovers.

Coat the chrome/plastic knobs with dry soap or (wet soap
dried) before use before starting to use the range.
After the chore is done just wash the knobs clean. The
soap prevents the grease from coming in contact with
the knob and washes away the supernatant grease too !

Hopefully it will work !
