Lines: 10 Just so happens, I made some Cream of Broccoli soup last night. Steam about 2 lbs. of broccoli, then puree it in a food processor. Melt 2 TBL butter/marg in a large saucepan. Blend in 4 TBL flour. Gradually stir in 2 1/2 C chicken stock plus 1 1/4 C milk. Blend in pureed broccoli, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and stir in 1 1/4 C cream. Heat through, but do not boil, and serve. Laura Clifford
