(oes?) Take a tortilla (flour or corn), put some meat in it with some cheese, garlic, pecante sauce, lettuce, guacamole, some diced scallions, more garlic, and more cheese. Fold it up, pour some taco sauce on the top, put it in the microwave and nuke it for a few minutes and viola!
