Ms. Cutler has adapted a number of French, Italian, and other dishes. They are rated for the amount of cholesterol (1=very low to 4=the best she could do). Two of my favorites are Chicken Cacciatore (there's a hint of cinnamon in the sauce that intrigues everyone) and Carbonnades a la Flamande, a Belgian beef dish in a beer sauce.
