Does what you ask, plus it will properly justify paragraphs while not screwing up lines containing "%" signs (comments), yet will justify lines containing things like \verb+ ... % ... +. It has extensive support for bibliographies, so on \cite{foo} you can hit control-D is see the citation. It provides templates for building bibtex files. The only problem is that it contains lots of modified code from the original TeX-mode, and I'm not sure about my rights to post that. As soon as I can find out, I'll post more. -- David Jacobson
