Many thanks to all of you who responded to my request for information
on public access unix systems. The general consensus seems to be that
"The Well" (Whole Earth 'Lectronic Link) in Sausalito, Ca. is my best
bet. I will forward this information to my counterparts to the south,
who will likewise be most grateful.
