I am told:  Wear a ring of teleport control.  Get yourself confused.  Read
a scroll of teleport while confused.  You will be asked to which level you
wish to be teleported.  I do not know if the scroll of teleport is
necessary, whether teleport initiated by other means will do instead.  I am
sure the teleport control and state of confusion are required.
