To Whom It May Concern:

Greetings, I am writing this for the organization named DeSoto in
the Chicago area. They are looking for a new hookup to pass or
recieve news. Once a week is enough and they will pay the phone bill
just about anywhere to get it. Additionally, they are willing to pass
news on to others once they are in the loop. UUCP etc has not been setup
as of yet, but the site name is "dso"
