The compiler group at the Computer Systems Research Institute at the
University of Toronto has produced a version of the compiler for the 
Concurrent Euclid (ConEuc) systems programming language that runs on
personal computers.  100 copies are available, free, to people who are
willing to review the compiler and the distribution format.
