What do you mean by "source"?  If you mean the text of the ANSI specification
the following information may be of interest to you.  If you mean source
code, well talk to various vendors with their VDI-like implementations.

The CG-VDI (Computer Graphics - Virtual Device Interface) is still in
its formative stages, but working drafts are available from CBEMA:

The first CG-VDI working draft is available for purchase from CBEMA for $35.
