I seem to remember reading somewhere about the FCC having this data on magtape in ANSI format available for rent. I have small group of people interested in this so a fee could be provided. Does anyone know if this really exists and if so, how to order it? I have tried plowing through Government Documents at the library with no luck. Thanks in advance.
