Help wanted...
	I am doing a thesis on adapting packet techniques to the
sea service communications world (specifically HF).  
I'm interested in corresponding with anyone who would like
to critique.  Warning -- 2 of 3 parts are written now and
it weighs in around 150 pages (but there are pictures).
