Would anyone who sends this termcap to Francois also send me a copy?
Also, if it has a 'tc' entry, please include the termcap for whatever
it is 'tc'-ing.

On a related subject, I've heard that there is a book/guide out that
explains a little more than the man page does about how to write termcaps.
Does anyone know of any such beasty?
