During the discussion concerning 200 Visa cards someone allowed that
it was still possible to get these cards with no annual fee.
Since my bank recently began charging a fee, could anyone give
me the address of a bank anywhere in these United States that doesn't?

Two places I know of are the Mechantile Bank of St. Louis, Missouri,
And the University of Illinois Credit Union in Champaign, IL.
