Many response have come asking ofr more information on the free VISA
cards being offered by the Gary-Wheaton Bank.  As far as I know there
is no annual fee for the card and when one uses it, interest doesn't
start at the time of posting.  I've used this card for 4 years and
never have paid any interest.
