Now I get the chance to pop the question I've wondered about, ever since I joined this network. I do not allow the receipt of the following newsgroups : net.abortion net.religion net.religion.christian net.christian.jewish net.philosophy Every two weeks we get the posting from seismo that lists the top news submitters by name for the last two weeks. One of the things that I noticed right off the bat was, this Rich Rosen character is ALWAYS near the top (in the top 5 if not #1 or #2), EVERY two weeks. I also noticed that the volume of traffic he generates is like 70 Kbytes or more! I have never seen one of his postings. ( I think I'm glad :-) What I would like to know is: - Is he a moderator or something (self-appointed? :-)? I cannot fathom anyone generating 70K worth of text in two weeks, unless they spend every waking hour inside 'postnews'. - Look at the newsgroups he posts to. Sounds like a prime candidate for Is This Man A Prat? award. - What is it about his ego?
