     I've always thought of this type of sign as a reminder to other motorists to be carefull.  I hadn't thought of the emergency worker's
notice but it seems reasonable.  I hope that if there is a car seat
that such a person would check for a baby.
     Recently I saw a bumper sticker that said,
                    "I love my baby
                     Drive Carefully"

     this is what I'd like for my car.
