Bottles are a great way ;-) to feed expressed milk! Dad gets a chance at feeding and Mom can go out without having to be back in two hours to feed the baby. I used Playtex disposable kind, it was easy to just defrost some saved up milk and pour it in. I've heard some that use the plastic inserts for freezing expressed milk too.
